To order DA literature, download an Order Form and print it out on your computer. The Order Form comes in two versions - .PDF format and Microsoft Word format.

The title, prices, and order numbers for each item are listed on the Web page for each literature category. Carefully complete your order form by filling in the items you want to order. Please write clearly.

To order literature for shipment outside the U.S., please read the instructions for foreign orders.

All funds must be drawn on U.S. banks only. Please, no cash or C.O.D. orders. All orders must be prepaid by check, money order or traveler's check, payable to DA-GSB.
